What will you do?

The HR Tax team advises its clients on all tax aspects of remuneration and benefits for employees and directors and this in a generally international context. We examine which forms of remuneration are most appropriate within the company's HR policy and how remuneration in general can be further optimised.

As a tax lawyer, you give high-quality and structured advice, provide customised guidance and work out comprehensive solutions.
To this end, you thoroughly analyse your files and the applicable legislation and are in close contact with clients.
You represent Tiberghien by attending various events, by contributing to newsletters and publications and by contributing to external client seminars.
You ensure that your professional knowledge is always up to date by actively participating in internal or external professional groups, training courses and seminars.

What does our ideal candidate look like?

You have a master's degree in law and an additional degree in taxation.
You have a solid experience in Global Mobility, international employment and other HR Tax related matters.
You are Dutch or French-speaking with a good knowledge of the other national language as well as English.
You are customer-oriented, accurate and able to provide thorough analysis and practical solutions.
You are a real team player with strong communication skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
You are sociable and inspire confidence in clients.
You are eager to learn, creative, persistent and discrete.
