DALDEWOLF is een internationaal gerenommeerd onafhankelijk advocatenkantoor met een dertigtal advocaten in het Brusselse kantoor. Op internationaal niveau werkt DALDEWOLF samen met advocaten en cijferberoepers die actief zijn op de vijf continenten.

DALDEWOLF is momenteel op zoek naar een perfect tweetalige medewerk(-st)er NL/FR om de activiteiten van het departement economisch recht te versterken. Deze functie omvat de behandeling van uiteenlopende juridische vraagstukken en contracten in een nationale of internationale context, zowel bij het verstrekken van advies als bij het beheer van geschillen. Zij of hij zal de mogelijkheid hebben om rechtstreeks met cliënten te communiceren en proactief mee te werken in dossiers, onder begeleiding van vennoten en senior advocaten.


DALDEWOLF is seeking a lawyer to strengthen its team in European Union law in Brussels.

The team

The candidate will work with the lawyers of DALDEWOLF’s specialized team in European Union law, seasoned professionals active in various fields such as the Internal Market, European and international civil service law, public procurement contracts and European subsidies, Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP). The legal experience and skills of these lawyers are combined, when necessary, with other practices of the firm, including arbitration, complex litigation and mediation, corporate and financial law, tax law, and labour law.

The European Union law team specializes in litigation before EU courts and has recognized expertise in audits, administrative and disciplinary investigations (internal and external investigations by OLAF, European Ombudsman).

Qualifications and experience

DALDEWOLF is currently seeking an experienced associate to join its European Union law team. The role will involve handling matters related to the Internal Market, EU contracts, regulated professions, CFSP, and European and international civil service. He or she will practice these matters from both advisory and litigation perspectives, particularly before EU courts.

  • Following a high-quality academic path, a Master’s degree with a specialization in European Union law;
  • Practice of European Union law in the legal profession or in the corporate or institutional world;
  • Mastery of European litigation and procedure;
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field;
  • Qualification to practice as a lawyer within the European Union;
  • Fluency in both written and spoken French and English is essential.
