Senior Trademark & Design Attorney

Our client is specialised in the legal protection of intellectual property, including the recording of patents and the registration and protection of trademarks, designs and other rights.

It operates in various specialties, including mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, food technology and molecular biology.

• Supervise and coach the office team 
• Advise clients on the protection of their intellectual property, particularly in the form of Trademarks & Designs. 
• Manage the patent application process, from drafting to supervision. 
• Provide advice to clients and third parties on infringement and validity issues of intellectual property. 
• Prepare legal procedure in case of infringement of intellectual property rights, in close cooperation with the lawyers. 
• Translate Trademarks & Designs and supervise trainees 

• You have 8 to 15 years of experience  
• You have a master's degree and an additional certification in Trademark & Design  
• Entrepreneurial & autonomous with a certain commercial flair 
• You have a passion for coaching and love to pass on your knowledge 
• You like to make an impact and advise large organizations

• You are fluent in English and French and comfortable in Dutch.
