In order to support our growth we are looking for a highly motivated candidate with 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in corporate / M&A matters who are willing to further develop his/her career within a dynamic team.
At CMS you will have the opportunity to advise on a broad range of corporate finance matters, from capital market to complex and demanding M&A transactions and other clients’ key business decisions. Our clients include domestic and non-Belgian listed and non-listed companies active in all industry sectors as well as financiers, private equity houses and venture capital players.Our international reach provides our clients with a consistent quality of service for their local and international developments.
