HR Legal Counsel

Our client create innovative ICT services for work, family and health, impacting meaningfully the Health & Social security of the belgian Citizens.

You will manage all legal aspects related to personnel. You are in direct contact with the HR Director for advice and opinions.
 
 You will provide advice and formulate answers to individual and collective labour law questions, mainly within the HR department but also throughout the organisation.
 In addition, you will be involved in legal issues relating to employment contracts and dismissal cases. In these matters, you are responsible for providing advice, handling the administrative aspects and answering any additional questions.
 
In collaboration with your legal colleague, you will follow up on disputes.
 
You will monitor socio-legal developments on a permanent and proactive basis and, if necessary, make proposals for changes to be incorporated into the personnel policy and HR policies.

• You have in Master in Law.
•  You have a consistent experience of min 5 years in Employment & Social Law.
•  You are curious, organised, like to share, pragmatic & resilient.
•  You are solution minded and a communicative team player.
•  You speak Dutch and French.
