CMS is actively looking for a junior/medior associate to strengthen its real estate team in Brussels.

Profile

  • You have strong analytical skills and a creative mind, you like to take initiatives; 
  • Accuracy and rigor are two of your top qualities; 
  • You have a genuine interest in real estate; 
  • You have an excellent command of French, Dutch and English; 
  • You preferably have one to five years of experience in the real estate department of a business law firm; 
  • You display team spirit; 
  • An interest and/or first experience in energy and/or environmental law is a plus 

At CMS, you will have the opportunity to advise on a broad range of real estate matters, from general real estate law to complex and demanding transactions. Our clients include domestic and foreign institutions active in the real estate sector.
