The firm’s Belgian business law practice is in full expansion and concentrates primarily on corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, banking and finance law, labour law, commercial law, intellectual property law, GDPR, litigation and arbitration, competition law and regulated markets (life sciences, energy and telecom).
We are currently looking for a mid-level employment law associate with between 3 and 5 years’ experience.
You will assist clients with a broad range of labour and social security law issues, including a variety of individual and collective labour law matters, privacy of employees, restructurings and reorganisations, hiring and firing, international employment, social inspection audits, transactional employment work and employment law litigation. You will be offered the opportunity to work with partners of other law practices as well (e.g. commercial law and corporate M&A).
You will be able to work in a simulating and dynamic environment with motivated and enthusiastic colleagues, direct client contacts, and high profile cases for companies operating in a wide range of sectors.
You will work on diverse files including the full range of employment and social security aspects (including transactional work).
