Our client is a Belgian Law Firm with a beautiful name, they have been awarded recently for delivering top notch services in Business Law.

They are more than 40 lawyers and are part of a huge international network, they put diversity & inclusion at the heart of their values. Moreover, they have a diversified clientèle.

Since they are currently in a solid growth, they are currently looking for a Senior Corporate Lawyer with experience in M&A and Private Equity to join the Brussels office.

What will your missions and responsibilities be?

• Review, draft and negotiate agreements
   
• Negotiate deals
   
• Follow the law closely in order to remain up to date
   
• Help the clients by considering all the aspects, not solely your legal point of view
   
• Work closely with Juniors and Seniors, Counsels and Partners
   
• Work on diversified topics related to Corporate Law (M&A operations)
   
• Participate to client meetings and exceed their expectations
   
• Contribute to the law firm expansion and become a reference in your domain
   
• If you want, do some business development through webinars (per example)

Your profile and key areas of expertise?

• 6 to 12 years of experience in Corporate M&A (experience in Private Equity needed)
   
• French native speaker, fluent in English and passive knowledge of Dutch
   
• You have strong analytical skills, a good communication with perfect drafting skills
   
• You are passionate about M&A work and Private Equity
   
• Able to work in a team but also independently if needed, you are also commercially driven and can adapt yourself easily to your clients and colleagues
   
• Master of Laws in a Belgian University
