Our client is a well known tax law firm present in Belgium & Luxembourg. They cover all the areas of tax law as well as corporate law. They are committed to deliver high quality services to their clients, being individuals, SME’s and large companies, both on a national & international level.

They are growing and growing since more than 40 years.

Today, they are actively looking for you, a Dutch native speaker Senior Corporate Tax Lawyer to join the offices in Flanders or in Brussels.

What will your missions and responsibilities be?

• You will actively take part to the training of junior associates
   
• You will advise the current clients on corporate tax files
   
• You will go on building excellent relationships with all the stake holders and reach excellence
   
• You will liaise with other departments if needed, e.g for: M&A operations, transfer pricing, …
   
• You will bring your Tax expertise to the team

Your profile and key areas of expertise?

• Master of Laws, ideally completed with a Master in Tax
   
• Between 5 to 10 years of experience
   
• You are driven by the client satisfaction by delivering top notch services
   
• You are a true team-player but you can also work on your own
   
• You have excellent social skills, an entrepreneur mindset and creativity + taste to find ad hoc solutions
   
• You are Dutch native speaker with an excellent knowledge of English, the knowledge of French (passively or actively) is definitely a strong asset but not mandatory
