Praxislaw has the great pleasure to announce that Wim Heethem has joined the firm as a new partner since 01.01.2016. Wim is a specialist in general commercial law, corporate law and insolvency law. He is also receiver in bankruptcies and is frequently appointed as liquidator and judicial agent. He will strengthen the department of economic law of the office (together with Georges-Bernard Van Parys, Philippe Leclercq, Dirk Lambrecht, Wim David and Richard Byl).
