Vialegis welcomes a new consultant. Julie Favril graduated in 2009 as Master of Laws at the KU Leuven and then travelled to New York, where she obtained an LL.M. in International Legal Studies at NYU Law School. Having completed a four-month internship with the Permanent Representation of Belgium to the United Nations in New York, she returned to Belgium to join the Brussels bar.
For four years, Julie worked as a lawyer with Baker & McKenzie, where she advised both national and international clients on all aspects of commercial law and represented them before civil, commercial as well as criminal courts. In addition, she was a teaching assistant at the KU Leuven for two yours, within the Institute for Civil Procedure.
Julie has always appreciated the personal interactions within the legal practice and at university. This has eventually moved her to choose the road of human resources and to join the Vialegis team. She has been active as a consultant for Vialegis since the beginning of 2015 and will mainly focus on the recruitment and selection of legal and tax profiles.
