Etude d'une notion fonctionnelle à la lumière du principe constitutionnel d'égalité / Retrospectivity in Contract Law. Study of a Functional Notion in the Light of the Constitutional Principle of Equality.With this award, the jury of the Lucien Campion Fund wants to honour the best legal work of a former student of the Free University of Brussels (ULB), less than 40 years old and enrolled at the Brussels bar.
