The law firm Simont Braun is delighted to announce the arrival of Pierre Van Achter as Senior Associate Employment. Pierre graduated from the UCL and obtained a post-master degree in social law from the VUB. He is member of the Brussels Bar since 2005. Prior to joining Simont Braun, he has gained experience in various leading Belgian and international law firms.
Pierre Van Achter has a broad experience in individual and collective employment law as well in social security law. He assists Belgian and multinational companies as well as executives in connection with court proceedings, advisory works, assistance during negotiation and drafting of contracts. He also advises companies in reorganisations and social dialogue proceedings.
Pierre Van Achter works fluently in French, Dutch and English.
