NautaDutilh named 'Capital Markets Law Firm of the Year in Belgium’

NautaDutilh has been named 'Capital Markets Law Firm of the Year in Belgium' and 'Benelux Administrative Law Firm of the Year' by Corporate INTL Magazine 2010.

The awards are granted annually by Corporate INTL Magazine and are based on independent research. NautaDutilh was selected from five other firms. The law firm was also awarded by the same magazine in 2009, when it was named 'Best Law Firm in Belgium for Banking & Finance Law 2009'.

"NautaDutilh brussels has notably increased its capital markets practice in recent years, both on DCM and ECM transactions, despite of the slowdown on ECM transactions since the financial crisis", says Philippe François, managing partner of NautaDutilh in Brussels.
