Deloitte Belgium appoints 4 new partners and continues to invest in talent :
Brussels, 18 August 2009 – Deloitte, the largest business services provider in Belgium, announced today that it has appointed four new partners in its Consulting, Audit & Enterprise Risk Services and Tax & Legal divisions. Despite the difficult economic situation, the company remains committed to its policy of investing in talent and skills. Deloitte Belgium intends to step up this policy with the recruitment of 200 new staff members next month.

Appointment within Consulting :
• Aart Joppe
At Deloitte Consulting, Aart is in charge of Information Management services (Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing, Analytics, Content & Document Management, Enterprise Data Management). Since 2005, he has extended his expertise in these domains at Deloitte Consulting.
Appointment within Audit & Enterprise Risk Services :
• Dan Cimpean
Dan Cimpean has worked at Deloitte Belgium since 2001 in the Audit & Enterprise Risk Services division. His speciality is audit and risk management services, focusing on client needs and risks in the technology field. Dan is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and the Information Systems Audit and Control Association.
• Philippe Delcourt
Since 1999, Philippe specialises within Deloitte in internal audit and control for various national and international companies, with special emphasis on the optimisation of financial processes (fast close projects).
Appointment within Tax & Legal :
• Wim Eynatten
Wim is working in the Deloitte Corporate International Tax department, specialising in corporation tax and international taxation. Wim advises and assists Belgian and multinational companies with the tax optimisation of their processes and business activities, such as financing, research and development and reorganisation. Wim is regularly invited as a speaker to various seminars and conferences on taxation. He is also the author of many articles published in specialised international publications.
