Birgitta indeed has more than 30 years of experience as lawyer and is a recognised leading expert in aircraft finance, insurance & civil liability, asset finance and banking in general.
“With its focus on new societal challenges such as the sustainability and AI, Ariga offers for me a platform to be able to assist her clients in light of this focus”, says Birgitta. “I am thrilled to broaden my practice and being able to assist better airlines, financiers, lessors, fintechs, micro finance funds or sustainable funds in their new opportunities relating to regulatory banking, sustainability transition, white colar crime, IT and corporate issues. At Ariga, Birgitta will further develop, in collaboration with Annick Sleeckx (as external lawyer), Ariga’s services with respect to aviation, insurance, corporate and banking & finance law with specific focus on the aviation sector.
