As a Paralegal & Sales administration Officer, you are a part of the legal team and responsible for both legal-administrative tasks and sales activities. You take upon a key role as the gatekeeper of the legal processes related to their real estate projects.

You will be responsible for a diverse range of responsibilities covering the follow-up of residential sales, general support to the legal department, as well as project coordination between all stakeholders (i.e. notaries, syndicators, sales team, clients, etc.). You are involved throughout the complete process starting from the acquisition to the sales agreement. You keep records of the sales data, process commercial figures, update the CRM system and make national reports.

Thanks to your expertise, you are a real asset to the Legal team both on a legal, administrative and organizational level. You are punctual with great communication & sales skills and you are not afraid to take initiative and work in an autonomous manner.

# Bachelor degree/Law practice
# Min. 4 y. experience
# Sales administration & legal skills
# Dutch + French
  • You have a Bachelor degree in Law, Law Practice, Business administration or equivalent training and extensive experience in an administrative/sales/legal role.
  • You have minimum 4 years of relevant experience (in for example a real estate company, law firm, notary’s office, sales environment,…)
  • You are Dutch or French native speaking with an excellent command of the other national language (business proficient). A very good knowledge of English is definitely a plus.
  • You show great independence in planning and organizing your own work.
  • You have strong communication skills, both verbal as in writing.
  • You are pragmatic, precise, proactive, dynamic and solution-oriented.
  • You are interested in the dynamics of the real estate sector.
  • You have solid CRM, Office and Excel skills.
  • You are a team-player and able to work cross-departments.
  • You thrive in a dynamic and intellectually stimulating environment.
  • You are eager to work in a fast-moving environment, where personal development is strongly encouraged.
