Our corporate and M&A team is looking for a senior corporate and M&A lawyer with at least 7 years of relevant experience to join its growing practice.
As a senior lawyer, you will work directly with clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, governance matters, strategic corporate projects and business disputes.

As a senior corporate and M&A lawyer, you will advise Belgian and international clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters. Your work will include:
- corporate law and governance matters;
- M&A;
- corporate restructurings;
- shareholder relations and strategic advisory work;
- corporate disputes and conflict management.
You will work directly with clients, take ownership of matters and contribute actively to the further growth of the practice and the firm. You will also support and mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the development of our team.
You combine strong legal expertise with sound judgement, professional maturity and genuine team spirit. You:
- hold a Master's degree in Law;
- have at least 7 years of experience in corporate law and M&A;
- possess strong technical expertise and drafting skills;
- translate complex legal questions into pragmatic advice;
- are fluent in Dutch and English;
- have a good knowledge of French or are willing to further develop it;
- communicate confidently with clients, counterparties and advisers;
- enjoy taking ownership and working independently;
- are willing to share knowledge and support junior colleagues;
- combine ambition with a practical and collaborative mindset.
An LL.M. degree or international study experience is an asset.
