What your future may hold

  • As Mid-level Associate at Vanderstappen-Robert, you will:
  • Work on complex disputes and international arbitration cases, in an environment where quality, autonomy and direct impact are central.
  • Manage cases independently from A to Z (including commercial disputes, restructurings and arbitration proceedings (CEPANI, ICC, FIDIC)).
  • Collaborate directly with leading Belgian and international clients, including C-level executives.
  • Receive personal guidance from three highly experienced partners.
  • Contribute to the further growth of the firm and take on a key role.

Your skillset

  • You hold a Master of Laws degree.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience.
  • You have knowledge of and experience in dispute resolution and a passion for corporate litigation.
  • You are client-oriented, quality-driven, pragmatic and innovative.
  • You are looking for an environment with a high level of autonomy and opportunities for learning and growth.
  • You have an excellent command of Dutch and English. A good knowledge of French is an asset.
