What your future may hold
As an Associate Debt Finance you’ll be part of A&O Shearman’s Belgian Debt Finance team consists of 13 specialist lawyers based in their Brussels and Antwerp offices. This leading practice offers a complete debt finance service, handling the full range of debt finance transactional work for financial institutions, funds, corporates and sponsors in leveraged acquisition finance, global loans, project finance (projects and PPP), asset finance, real estate finance, export trade and commodities finance and restructuring matters.
Your skillset
- You obtained a Belgian Master in Law with outstanding academic results;
- You have 2-6 years of experience in a reputable firm with a special focus on debt finance transactions;
- You have an excellent command of English as well as French and/or Dutch (written and spoken);
- You are a team player with excellent legal capabilities, you have an entrepreneurial spirit and good communication skills.
