Role & responsibilities

  • Assist the General Secretariat in the exercise of its missions, including in particular:
    • Handling of notifications the CSSF receives or transmits as a home or host authority
    • Legal support to the General Secretariat, including the qualification of activities of the professionals of the financial sector (PFS) subject to the Law of 5 April 1993 on the financial sector
    • Various analytical tasks, including occasional legal questions
    • Drafting of reports, minutes, letters and legal documents
    • Participation in various legal missions of the General Secretariat

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in law
  • Professional experience in finance is required
  • Proficiency in written and spoken French, English and German. Luxembourgish is considered as an advantage
  • Ability to work with a team
  • Critical thinking, good analytical and synthesis skills
  • Excellent organisational and follow-up skills, rigour and ability to work autonomously, availability and dynamism
