Description

Our corporate practice includes general corporate counselling and governance and covers all types of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (public and private), private equity, venture capital, corporate restructurings and capital markets (debt and equity).

We are currently looking for a junior (between 0 and 3 years´experience) fluent in French and English to join our Corporate department.

Requirements

You hold a Master of Laws degree from a Belgian university and shows strong academic record
You have experience of working in a corporate department of a reputable international law firm
You have outstanding language skills, meaning that you are fluent in French and a very strong command of English
An additional foreign law degree and / or traineeship in international business law firm is a plus
You are an excellent communicator and team player
