DALDEWOLF is seeking a lawyer to strengthen its European Union law team in Brussels.
The successful candidate will work with the lawyers of DALDEWOLF’s EU law team, composed of seasoned professionals active in diverse areas such as the CFSP, the Internal Market, EU and international civil service law, and EU public procurement contracts and grants.
The EU law team has particular expertise in litigation before the EU Courts and is recognized for its skills in sanctions, audits, administrative and disciplinary investigations (including internal and external OLAF investigations, as well as matters involving the European Ombudsman).
When required, the team’s legal expertise is combined with the firm’s other practice areas, notably arbitration, complex litigation and mediation, corporate and financial law, tax law, and employment law..

The position involves work relating to the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP) — including EU restrictive measures (sanctions) —, the Internal Market, EU contracts, and regulated professions, as well as European and international civil service law. The practice combines advisory work with high-level litigation, notably before the EU Courts.
