What your future may hold

As a Paralegal you will play a crucial role in supporting McCain’s legal team, which serves multiple legal entities based in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and Poland. You will work closely with a team of seven legal professionals and report to the General Counsel.

Your tasks will include:

  • Assist in the preparation, review and execution of legal documents;
  • Support the legal team in managing corporate governance matters, including the preparation of board resolutions, meeting minutes and corporate filings for entities across multiple jurisdictions;
  • Coordinate with external lawyers and other advisor to facilitate legal transactions, litigation matters, IP portfolio and regulatory filings;
  • Assist in the maintenance and organization of legal documentation and databases and assist in the development and implementation of new legal operations tools;
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team: budget allocation for legal expenses, schedule meetings, logistics management, coordinate follow-up actions from meetings,…

Your skillset

  • A bachelor’s degree in law or a related field;
  • A previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably in an international environment;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English, proficiency in additional languages, such as French, is a plus;
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office;
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-pace environment;
