Your journey with us

Our multidisciplinary team empowers national and international small and medium-sized enterprises, start-ups, scale-ups and mature tech companies by providing them the legal expertise that they require to run a successful, innovative, growing business.

As a legal consultant in all domains, you’ll provide practical, pragmatic and strategic advice to clients regarding a multitude of complex legal challenges. Working in close collaboration, you will help them to efficiently implement policies and procedures, as well as draft contracts and provide assistance in legal compliance. You’ll also research new regulations and trends, give workshops and seminars, publish articles, etc.

You’ll be able to specialise in one of the following domains: business and commercial law, social law, corporate/M&A law, or private governance/estate planning.

How will you grow?

  • While becoming proficient in the tools and systems, you’ll rapidly become a top advisor and the first point of contact for our clients.
  • Together with your team, you’ll guide our clients in their most critical decisions: setting up a business or project, implementing corporate governance, independent succession planning, closing mergers and acquisitions, ensuring GDPR compliance, planning an employment strategy, setting up adequate contract management, and other business assignments.

Who are you?

  • You’re passionate about family-owned businesses and love building close relationships with your clients.
  • You’re versatile and stimulated by a spectrum of interests, but willing to specialise in one domain.
  • You’re not afraid to get out from behind your desk and connect with clients and other colleagues.
  • You hold a Master of Laws. An additional law or fiscal degree or master’s degree in notary law is an asset.
