Our Brussels-based office has an international practice as well as a domestic practice: lawyers amongst our offices are used to deal with matters that need crossing fields of expertise and working with multidisciplinary teams.  

As such, there is an opportunity to exchange with French and International partners and to meet and work with other practitioners with a high level of technical expertise.

Who are you?

  • You are a 2nd year trainee lawyer with 2 to 3 years of proven professional experience in a renowned law firm.
  • Your expertise is Corporate, M&A, Restructuring, Insolvency and Corporate Litigation.
  • You are at least bilingual (FR/EN) and you have a good knowledge in Dutch (reading case law and doctrine) 

What will you do?

  • You will work under the supervision of our Head of Corporate, M&A and our Head of Restructuring & Insolvency.
  • You will work for their clients but will also have the ability to develop prospects as a true entrepreneur.
  • You will have to conduct analysis, present arguments effectively and find pragmatic solutions to meet our clients' needs.
