Our Brussels office is looking for an Associate who is passionate about Corporate Law and M&A.
Our Corporate / M&A team operates within a Benelux structure and works with high-profile clients from both the international and Benelux markets. Our transactional practice focuses on M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. Our Corporate / M&A team also advises on corporate governance and complex legal issues and supports our Litigation team in complex corporate litigation matters
You are
A self-reliant professional with a team spirit who likes to work in a professionally demanding environment.
Your skills and experience
Belgian Master Degree in Law
Experience (five to seven years) would be valued
A native speaker of either Dutch or French with a good command of the other language, as well as an excellent command of English
Excellent legal and analytical skills
Business minded with an eye for pragmatic solutions
Able to prioritize and manage effectively multiple tasks
Empathic team player
