  • Legal advisory in corporate law and for a wide range of transactions, including VC and PE  
  • Lawyer with 4 to 8 years of experience in corporate law and m&a 
  • Challenging cases in close cooperation with a dynamic team and in a pleasant workplace  

Your function

You will join a dynamic and experienced team of highly skilled lawyers. You will provide legal services of the highest quality to Belgian and international clients, in various types of corporate matters across the wide spectrum of corporate law. 
 
 You will also structure, draft and negotiate a wide range of corporate and corporate investment matters, such as mergers, acquisitions, reorganisations, restructurings, venture capital transactions or private equity transactions. 

Your profile

  • Master of Laws from a Belgian university 
  • 4-8 years of experience as a corporate and m&a lawyer, obtained in a renown Belgian or international law firm and with solid expertise in transactional matters 
  • Excellent command in Dutch and English. Fluency in other languages is considered a plus 
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills 
  • Client-oriented, entrepreneurial and with a hands-on mindset 
  • Keen interest in highly stimulating emerging, technology & innovative sectors
