You will advise innovative companies and their investors on IP, IT and other commercial law related matters. This will include drafting and negotiating technology licences and services agreements (including Saas agreements), intellectual property licences, joint development -, collaboration -, and other strategic alliance agreements, as well as performing intellectual property and technology due diligence for corporate transactions and tech transfers.
Your clientele consists of entrepreneurs, companies and investors of all sizes, in Belgium and abroad. You are a true partner to your clients and support them in the entire spectrum of legal needs they have in relation to their innovative business ventures.
