My client is a renowned & innovative global Law firm, with more than 20 offices around the country. Due to strong growth, I am currently strengthening its team with a Senior Associate, counsel or (future) junior Partner Finance.

As a member of the international Banking & Finance department, you will work on highly challenging cases in acquisition finance, asset finance (domestic and cross-border), general transactional banking, PPP, (re)financing, real estate finance, etc. Besides that, you will autonomously manage your cases in a results-oriented manner thanks to your wide knowledge of finance.

The team acts as trusted partner of their clients which are banks, government agencies and corporates with a strong focus on the
innovation, Fin. Tech. and the larger technology sector. This role combines in-depth financial expertise with a solid business mindset and the ability to work in a team. You are not only in direct contact with your clients, you also understand their specific context & legal needs. You are a true business partner.

# Belgian Qualified Lawyer

# 7+ Years of experience

You have obtained a Belgian Master in Law, with excellent grades at university.

You are a Belgian qualified lawyer, with at least 7+ years ofexperience in the finance team of large national or an international law firm.

You are a Senior associate or counsel with a healthy ambition to grow into the role of (junior) partner.

You are focussed in and passionate about finance.

You have a native level of Dutch and excellent level of English. A good knowledge of any other language (such as French) is a plus.

You are eager to work in a proactive and stimulating environment.

You are highly motivated to be a part of a hands-on & entrepreneurial team with in-dept legal expertise.

You have good interpersonal and management skills.
