 impact advocaten, based in Leuven and Brussels, is not a traditional law firm.

Our lawyers are not only outstanding legal advisors but also trained in supporting and facilitating large-scaled projects and partnerships with a multidisciplinary approach. Co-creation, knowledge sharing and innovation are part of our DNA.

Our clients are incorporated as (international) associations, foundations, cooperatives and other companies, often with a special status (social enterprise) or label (BCorp). Public legal entities, agencies and public authorities also rely on our services. Our clients rarely work on a stand-alone basis but often through partnerships and increasingly in hybrid structures.

We assist them from start-up to dissolution and in various stages of cooperation such as networking, mergers, restructuring, etc. And, if the occasion calls for it, we can go to court.

Are you an all-rounder and eager to learn? Do you (preferably) have already 4 to 6 years of experience in broader corporate law, with a focus on companies and associations, both in a private and in a public context? Are you fluent in French and Dutch with excellent knowledge of English?
