Paralegal

In this position you will:

• Process an international trade transaction from A-Z : contract drafting, logistic follow-up, invoicing, order processing in our ERP system.
• Be the point of contact for our customers and traders in relation to commercial files.
• Monitor closely the execution of a transaction and process accurately all related documents.
• You’ll work closely with our Order Processing department, contributing to the commercial activities of our business and help our organization to excel in the execution of transactions.
• Furthermore, you will manage corporate housekeeping and other legal documents and give support to the legal counsels.

• You have obtained a legal bachelor's (or master's degree) or you have administrative work experience in a customer service, legal or logistics environment.
• You are a team player and customer- and service-oriented.
• You are hands-on, you have organizational skills and you do your work accurately.
• A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
• You have good knowledge of English and Dutch, which is a must in our international work environment. Any other languages are a plus.
