The Compliance team monitors and supervises Compliance topics for both Private Wealth and Employee Benefits businesses, in order to make sure that Swiss Life is in line with the local and international regulations as well as Swiss Life Group principles.
Within this framework, you will play an important role with a strong exposure to French UHNW/HNW clients and wealth structuring environments, including cross-border structures.
You will participate to the following activities:
- Ensuring the proper execution of the general aspects of the Compliance function
- Serving as a trusted Compliance business partner for the internal stakeholders
- Advising internally on all aspects of Compliance, including AML/KYC topics
- Actively participating to execution of the Compliance Monitoring Program and Compliance Controls
- Identifying risks and proposing mitigation measures
- Performing annual risk assessment
- Supporting the implementation of regulatory developments
- Developing and updating internal guidelines
- Contributing to projects in the Compliance area
- Strengthening the Compliance culture by delivering trainings and improving internal communication
- Ensuring the regular and ad hoc Compliance reporting is delivered timely and with the high quality
- Deep experience of Compliance function, available tools and source of information in the Insurance Industry
- Good understanding of the life insurance product in Luxembourg
- In-depth knowledge of French UHNW/HNW clients, including wealth structuring (holding, family structures, insurance-based solutions) and associated tax and regulatory considerations
- Experience in life insurance is mandatory
- Fluency in French, business fluency in English, German would be an asset
- Diligent, persistent, grounded, with high collaboration skills
- Able to deliver clear and structured feedback, including the ability to formulate precise communication
- Demonstrated capacity to work in close proximity with first line of defense, providing sharp, relevant and timely input
