Job Description

As Legal and Compliance Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our legal and compliance functions within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the drafting, reviewing, and processing of legal and regulatory documentation.
Conducting due diligence on counterparties and service providers to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Contributing to a solid understanding of our business context (different services offered by the ManCo, clients, service providers, ..) to ensure legal and compliance support is pragmatic and relevant.
Supporting the legal team with regulatory filings and documentation management.
Providing compliance support across various business units, including monitoring and reporting obligations.
Supporting the team responsible for client onboarding and analysis

Profile

We are looking for someone who combines legal insights with a hands-on attitude, and who is eager to develop a strong understanding of our business environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
Experience: Previous exposure to legal, compliance, or contract management in financial services is a strong asset.
Digital Skills: Proficiency with digital tools and document management systems is a must.
Languages: Fluency in English and Dutch is essential. French is a strong asset given the Luxembourg environment.
Personal Traits: You are dynamic, detail-oriented, flexible, and a true team player with a proactive mindset.
