We are searching for an associate with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our People Law team here at Simont Braun.

Are you passionate about employment law and social security law and eager to contribute to the growth of a new team? Do you like working on major and exciting projects for both private and public players? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our team!

About the role

As part of our People law team, you will

assist clients in diverse employment law and social security law projects;
participate in large-scale projects for high-level private and public clients;
collaborate in a diverse and pleasant environment striving for exceptional client outcomes

Your essentials

1-3 years of experience with a strong background in employment law and social security law;
You have a keen interest in complex, large-scale projects for a diverse clientele and you are passionate about understanding and addressing client needs effectively;
Team player is your middle name and you are committed to excellence, creativity and rigor;
You are a native Dutch or French speaker or equivalent with working proficiency in the other language and in English;
You have excellent drafting skills.
