Social Relations Manager

For an international NGO in Brussels, we are looking for a Social Relations Manager with a thorough legal background and experience in the context of a broad organizational transformation/change exercise that is underway, with responsibilities across +5 employee representative bodies across Europe

• Coordinating social dialogue in different European countries
• Giving legal advice and assisting during Work Council meetings
• Maintain a good relationship with trade unions
• Anticipate emerging social concerns
• Assist leadership during consultation processes

• Experience labor law & employee relations in multiple European countries: must
• Start-up date: December/January
• Languages: English (spoken & written)
• Region: Brussels
• Regime: fulltime
• Duration: 6 months
