Rechtsplegingsvergoedingen verhoogd

Via een aanpassing van het KB van 26 oktober 2007 werden net voor de zomer de bestaande rechtsplegingsvergoedingen aangepast. De wijzigingen zijn van kracht sinds 1 juni 2016. De bedragen werden opgetrokken met 9,091 %. Zie de tabel in het artikel.
MLC entered into force in Belgium on 21 August 2014

The Maritime Labour Convention 2006 (MLC) was ratified by Belgium one year ago and has, according to article VIII of the convention, now entered into force on 21 August 2014.
