European law firm Fieldfisher welcomes Thomas Lenné as a partner in its Brussels office.
Thomas is a corporate specialist, advising Belgian and multinational companies, private equity funds, families and entrepreneurs. His work covers all areas of corporate law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), buy-outs, private equity and venture capital transactions. He also advises on capital markets transactions, corporate restructurings and general corporate issues.
Thomas, who joins Fieldfisher from Baker McKenzie, has 11 years of experience across numerous sectors, including private equity, construction, aviation, banking, energy, IT, telecom and media.
