Eubelius acted as counsel to Mithra Pharmaceuticals, a pharmaceutical company focused on women’s health, in respect of its successful IPO on Euronext Brussels on July 1, 2015. Through the IPO, Mithra Pharmaceuticals, raised EUR 72.3 million (without taking into account the exercise of the over-allotment option, if any).
