Independent Brussels' firms Law Right and crosslaw are proud to announce their cooperation, which will be effective as of 1 February 2014.
crosslaw is a multi-specialist Belgian law firm founded in June 2013 by Johan Vandendriessche, Goedele Demunter, Christophe Minnart and François Coppens, all with extensive experience in national and international firms. crosslaw focuses on a cost-effective direct and responsive relationship with its clients in various specialized areas of business law (core expertise being IP and IT, commercial, tax and corporate services).
Law Right has been founded in November 2002 by Christophe Boeraeve under the name Louiselawyers. Christophe is an experienced tax lawyer with broad national and international experience and has an extensive practice in non-profit associations.
Law Right also reinforces its corporate & finance practice with the arrival of Olivier Sondervorst as a new partner.
Olivier joins from international law firm Bird & Bird. He has over 10 years of experience in commercial law with a focus on corporate issues including M&A, restructurings, joint ventures, as well as complex commercial, financial and real estate transactions.
