Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick has just been honoured as the "Litigation and Arbitration Law Firm of the Year".
This award seals recognition of the firm's quality, creativity, team spirit and its ability to achieve the best results for its clients. These major plus points characterise the daily work of Liedekerke's Litigation and Arbitration team. It honours the excellence of the work done in 2012 and confirms that the team's members in-depth knowledge of managing and resolving disputes makes them truly renowned experts.
The jury acknowledged "their great efficiency and excellent management in the arbitration cases dealt with, the availability and very high level of the team's members, who have successfully litigated cases in a range of Belgium's courts as well as resolving prestigious, complex cases at an international level. It also emphasises the particular feature of creating a specialist litigation and arbitration department within a business law firm."
