MNKS is very pleased to welcome Raquel Guevara as a new Partner.
Raquel launched our Tax practice in 2011 and built a dedicated team. With more than 10 years of professional experience in taxation acquired in a big four audit firm in Luxembourg, Raquel focuses on the planning and implementation of tax efficient cross-border structures. She is fluent in English, German, French and Spanish.
The development of our Tax department and Raquel's promotion are exciting steps for MNKS, underlining our continued commitment to providing full legal services of the highest quality and our favouring of a multi-disciplinary approach.
She is the eighth partner in MNKS, following the arrival of Stéphane Braun in July 2012 to lead our Banking & Capital Markets department.
