In Brussels, the employment team is reinforced by the appointment of Jérôme Aubertin as partner. Jérôme graduated in law at the Université Catholique de Louvain and has obtained a specialisation in employment law from the Universiteit Gent.
He concentrates on the different aspects of individual and collective employment law. Jérôme specialises in company restructurings and conventional- and partial-early retirement (regime of unemployment with company bonus). He also concentrates on alternative remuneration schemes, particularly bonus plans, stock option plans, and non-recurring benefits. Jérôme started his career at Stibbe in 2003. Moreover, he is the author of several articles that are published journals on the human resources sector and has also co-authored an international publication on employee share plans.
