Van Olmen & Wynant is delighted to inform you that Valérie De Cook is joining Van Olmen & Wynant as Counsel. Under the guidance of Luc Wynant, she will help to further develop the corporate law practice group.
Valérie De Cook has a broad experience in corporate law. For 5 years, she was a lawyer at NautaDutilh where she has built up a combined experience in corporate law and financial law. Via NautaDutilh, she was active for several months in their Amsterdam office and in the London office of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP.
Since September 2007 she worked as Legal Counsel at the M&A division of the Dexia Group (holding), where she focused on corporate transactions.
Valérie has a specific expertise in corporate files (mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring,...). In line with van Olmen & Wynant's strengths, she has a pragmatic and project-based approach.
