Jeroen Delvoie, Eubelius lawyer, has received, ex aequo, the 2011 "Prix Pierre Coppens" of the Université Catholique de Louvain and the Revue Pratique des Sociétés for his book on organ theory in private law.
The prize seeks to honour a fundamental contribution to commercial law, or to another legal field in a matter related to commercial companies. It is granted every three years by an interuniversity jury from entries in French, Dutch, English, German, Italian and Spanish.
Jeroen received the award on 9 September 2011 from professor Pierre Coppens at the occasion of a ceremony held at the UCL.
