Taylor Wessing has extended its Brussels existing expertise with the arrival of Bart De Moor as Partner.  By joining the Brussels office, Bart De Moor will mainly be engaged in the company and trade law disputes, insolvency and reorganization.

He is also a guest professor at the Hogeschool Universiteit Brussel (HUB), teaching civil law, company and commercial law.  He is also assistant at the University of Ghent in legal methodology.  Furthermore, he is also a member of the Council of the Brussels Bar.  Bart has published various books and articles regarding company law.  He is a member of the editorial board of the legal review DAOR and of the Business Law Collection of the publishing house Vanden Broele.
