Eubelius Partner appointed international Governance Expert

Jozef Lievens, Partner at Eubelius, was nominated member of the Private Sector Advisory Group (PSAG), a group of international experts in the field of corporate governance involved in the Global Corporate Governance Forum, an initiative of the World Bank.

Jozef Lievens is the author of "Governance in het Familiebedrijf. Sleutel tot succes" (Lannoo 2005), which was translated in French in 2006 under the title "La gouvernance dans les enterprises familiales. Les clefs du success" (Racine). The book was nominated management book of the year in Flanders in 2005.
