Over the years, Pieterjan has accumulated extensive experience in tax disputes.
This experience covers all areas, including corporate tax, personal income tax, tax criminal law, international and European tax law, VAT, inheritance taxes, registration duties, local taxes, etc.
Specifically, he assists taxpayers during tax inspections, subsequent negotiations with the tax administration or the Public Prosecutor's Office, and handles tax disputes before judicial authorities.
