Effective from January 1st, 2024, these strategic appointments will allow the firm not only to continue to grow but will also strengthen its Corporate/M&A and Real Estate practices.
Florence Colpaert, a member of our Corporate team since 2008, is set to take up the position of Partner on January 1st, 2024. Specializing in corporate law, with a keen focus on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings, Florence has been instrumental in our firm's achievements. Acknowledged in the Legal 500 for expertise in Commercial, Corporate, and M&A, Florence stands out for her commitment and diverse skill set.
Having joined Lydian in the same year as Florence, Bruno Stroobants (MRE), a member of our Real Estate practice, will be promoted to Partner as of January 1st, 2024. Recognized by the Legal 500 as a “Rising Star", Bruno brings extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions (asset and share deals) and project development in various industries (offices, logistics and industrial, retail and leisure, residential, healthcare and energy). In addition, he has solid experience in the field of real estate litigation and construction. He is a sought-after speaker at industry seminars and teacher at the Antwerp Management School. His multifaceted expertise and commitment underpin his significant contributions to the team.
Dario Petosa, a member of our Real Estate practice for about ten years, is set to become a Partner as of January 1st, 2024, bringing with him extensive expertise in commercial real estate transactions (asset and share deals) and project development in various industries (offices, residential, retail, logistics and industrial, healthcare and PPP). His notable academic background, coupled with the recognition as a “Rising Star” and “Notable Practitioner” in esteemed legal directories such as the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, attests to his consistent excellence.
