Business law firms JOYN and Lallemand & Legros have annonced their upcoming merger .
Lallemand & Legros has departments specializing in European law, public and administrative law, company law, real estate law, family law, tax law and criminal law, which perfectly complements JOYN's existing departments of labor law, banking and financial law, commercial law, public and environmental law, tax law and corporate law.
